Human resources are the most valuable asset of any organization and making their efficient utilization necessary in maximizing organizational productivity. There are studies that reveal that employee underperformance and absenteeism significantly impact productivity, with poor health conditions being a major contributing factor. But, the research on the influence of lifestyle management on workplace productivity remains limited. This study, therefore, focuses on employee lifestyle management as a means to enhance manpower health and organizational productivity. A questionnaire was developed based on a review of various relevant litterateurs and was administered to migrant construction workers in local areas. This study further deployed the Pythagorean Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (PF-AHP) after taking input from five health science experts from different fields to develop a quantitative measure known as the Lifestyle Assessment Score (LAS). This score can guide employee training in lifestyle management, ultimately leading to improved health and increased organizational productivity.

摘要
