This research explores the development of a Mixed Reality (MR) technology system for training intelligent logistics personnel, focusing on vehicle condition inspection using BEWAGON principles for forklifts. Traditional logistics training methods are often risky and impractical, whereas MR technology offers immersive and interactive training experiences that mitigate these issues. The study involved 57 logistics employees and evaluated the effectiveness of MR training through knowledge and satisfaction tests. Results indicated high accuracy in identifying easily observable forklift parts but highlighted the need for improved training on complex components. Participants rated the training highly for engagement and ease of use, though some found the practical applicability challenging. This study underscores MR’s potential in revolutionizing logistics training, enhancing both safety and efficiency, and contributing to the advancement of smart logistics operations in Thailand. Further development is required to optimize MR training for detailed inspections, ensuring comprehensive skill development for logistics personnel.
