This study evaluates the effectiveness of microlearning activities in reskilling Cost Managers in the restaurant technology domain. Utilizing the VARK model, microlearning activities were tailored to match diverse learning styles, enhancing engagement and outcomes. Experiential activities like Site-Visits scored highest in satisfaction, knowledge, and learning experience, highlighting the importance of real-world applications. Seminar Q&A sessions also performed well, underscoring the value of interactive learning. While presentations were effective in knowledge dissemination, areas for improvement were identified in Hand-on Workshops and Micro Videos. These formats could benefit from enhanced interactivity and facilitation. The findings suggest that a balanced approach combining interactive and experiential learning can optimize outcomes. Recommendations include integrating varied learning activities, continuous learner feedback for refinement, and further research to optimize designs. This study highlights the value of interactive and experiential learning in enhancing satisfaction, knowledge acquisition, and overall learning experience, offering insights for effective adult education programs.
