This paper explores the complex relationship between humanity and technology, particularly artificial intelligence (AI), proposing a new technological humanity based on the ethics of care and the recognition of human vulnerability. Social homogenization centered on AI leads to epistemic and anthropological impoverishment, generating inequalities. If human intelligence is not mere computation, AI systems must be considered as support tools, not autonomous intelligences. Through ontological and epistemological analysis, the paper highlights the need for a relational and intentional approach that values human complexity embodied in biological, social, and spiritual dimensions. Vulnerability is an integral part of the human condition, not a limitation to be eliminated with technology. In this context, AI must be designed and used to promote human well-being, mitigate vulnerability and support a dignified life. The article proposes moving beyond the paradigm of control in favor of a paradigm of care, based on interdependence and reciprocity, which is essential for the development of a digital ethic centered on the human being in its entirety. Finally, critical reflection on the purposes of technology is necessary to prevent it from becoming an instrument of domination.
