However, the empowerment provided by generative artificial intelligence can facilitate the creative transformation and innovative exploration of urban culture, effectively meeting the demand for cultural innovation to permeate urban environments and thereby promoting their integration and restructuring. This article conducts an in-depth and meticulous analysis of logical mechanisms, extensively drawing on and referencing the pioneering practices and valuable experiences of representative Chinese cities such as Jinan, Wenzhou, and Hangzhou. These cities actively utilize artificial intelligence-generated content (AIGC) technology to empower local cultures, optimize industrial governance models, meet diverse stakeholder needs, and innovate presentation methods. The paper comprehensively and deeply explores key issues such as urban cultural and creative organizational models, cultural dissemination mechanisms, and transformative pathways for renewal themes. This contributes significantly and importantly to the ongoing renewal and development of urban culture. This not only represents an innovative breakthrough in existing cultural models but also a vigorous exploration of future urban development trajectories.
