Children's library is a place for children to improve their literacy. In recent years, with the improvement of children's reading needs and the continuous transformation and upgrading of children's libraries, higher requirements have been put forward for the public facilities in the library, including but not limited to safe, comfortable, cultural and interesting public facilities. Aiming at the problem that public facilities in children's libraries are not highly educational and interesting, this paper studies how to provide quality services for children and parents and create a comfortable and pleasant reading environment by optimizing four kinds of public facilities in children's libraries on the basis of embodied cognition theory, and provides theoretical guidance and practice for the design of public facilities in children's libraries. This paper proposes design practice methods and strategies to optimize the public facilities of children's library and enhance children's reading experience to meet the diversified needs of children.

摘要
