This study examines how spatial, behavioral, and psychological dimensions interact to construct immersive commercial spaces and meaningful consumer experiences. Using Apple Store as a case study, the research highlights how these spaces transition from static environments to dynamic interactions and ultimately to emotional resonance and brand loyalty. The research identifies three key stages in this process: (1) spatial design, where elements such as store layout, sensory stimuli, and material choices create a welcoming and engaging physical environment; (2) behavioral interactions, encompassing consumer-product engagement, guided services, and group participation in activities such as Today at Apple sessions; (3) psychological connections, where experiences transform into emotional attachment, community belonging, and brand recognition. By examining Apple Store′s unique spatial and experiential features, this study uncovers the mechanisms through which immersive retail environments are constructed. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of how retail spaces can foster consumer immersion and loyalty through a gradual, multi-dimensional process.

摘要
