Research on Influencing Factors of Consumer Satisfaction in Cantonese Restaurant Based on User Experience: A Case Study of “Hua Chao Yan” Restaurant in Foshan

This study delves into the factors influencing consumer satisfaction within Cantonese restaurants, utilizing “Hua Chao Yan” Restaurant in Foshan as a case study. Employing a questionnaire survey method and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the study examines three dimensions of user experience: communication experience, service experience, and relational experience, alongside two mediating variables: customer emotion and brand image. The findings indicate that these dimensions have a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction, with key factors including restaurant brand identity, service staff politeness and enthusiasm, and customer relationship maintenance. This research contributes to the theoretical framework of customer satisfaction in the restaurant industry and provides actionable strategies for Cantonese restaurants to enhance user experience, bolster competitiveness, and ultimately improve market share and profitability.
