With the intensification of population aging, the contradiction between supply and demand of urban elderly care resources has become increasingly prominent, while rural areas, leveraging their natural environment and cultural resources, provide new developmental space for elderly care services. Against this backdrop, this paper takes the ecological elderly care project in Lvtian Anshan Village of Conghua, Guangzhou as a case study to explore the construction of rural complex-based elderly care service models under rural revitalization. By analyzing seniors’ emotional needs for quality elderly care and pastoral life, it reveals the inherent connection between elderly care services and rural complexes. The study finds that constructing this model faces challenges including traditional perceptions of elderly care, local supporting policies, and rural infrastructure conditions. Based on this, the paper proposes an elderly care service model integrating “artistic pastoral landscapes & innovative technology-enabled services & industrialized rural cultural development”. Through multi-level comprehensive factor clustering analysis, inheritance of rural cultural resources, and spatial integration strategies, it aims to improve service quality and optimize supply. Specific strategies include nature-based planning, multidimensional rural cultural development, and coordinated spatial layouts. This model not only alleviates elderly care supply-demand conflicts in Lingnan region but also promotes sustainable rural economic and social development, offering new perspectives for rural revitalization.

摘要
