With the proliferation of digital devices, interaction in UI is becoming more important for e-commerce sites and portal sites because of the large volume of information and the difficulty of judging content designed with complex IA structures. However, it is considered difficult to provide impressive experiences for users and elicit emotional empathy with interactions that lack cognitive characteristics. Therefore, it is necessary to provide detailed visual and sensory information about feedback and current status in response to actions, and effective use of Micro-interactions can promote a Call to Action and a sense of familiarity with the service. This research focuses on interactions that incorporate Emotional elements and examines their novelty and emotional impact. We believe that the use of “human facial expressions” as a medium for conveying emotions, using physical states and thoughts as metaphors, and anthropomorphizing the UI as if it has emotions, will make it interesting and make people feel attached to the UI. In this research, we aimed to create a denser experience through interactions that utilize Emotional elements, and proceeded as follows. First, we conducted an impression evaluation experiment to clarify how the overall impression of the screen is affected by adding anthropomorphism to the interaction. Next, we conducted a sketching experiment to clarify the factors that influence the user's pleasant impression.

摘要
