The reuse of existing software resources is a key element in the de-velopment of modern computing systems. Multicriteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) is a branch of Operations Research that provides a wide variety of methods that can be used to solve problems in di-verse knowledge areas. In the last decade, several Software Resources for Programming Multicriteria Decision Support Systems (SRPMDSS) have been developed and described in the literature and have pro-moted the advance of MCDA. This review aims to determine the state of the art on SRPMDSS by looking at different sources for obtaining an inventory of these. We performed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of research published between 2012 and 2024. Of 190 relevant software resources found, 29 met the inclusion and exclusion criteria and were selected. To analyze the papers and the software we per-form a Contextual and a Formal Concept Analysis. Our discoveries show that the most developed type of software resources was frameworks for specific problem domains and the most utilized mul-ticriteria methods were AHP and TOPSIS. Windows, Linux, and Mac were the most supported operating systems. A good number of the SRPMDSS reviewed are free and provide source code, although most of them are not oriented to be used beyond of the research work in which they were proposed.
