Implementation of a Methodology to Resolve Inventive Conflicts Through TRIZ and the System Dynamics Approach
摘要
Implementing the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) to solve inventive conflicts produces effective results. This technique has three tools to guide the user through the inventive process: Contradiction Analysis, Evolution Trends, and Substance-Field Analysis. The TRIZ approach has recently incorporated tools from other techniques to overcome some limitations. A methodology that has created synergy with TRIZ is the System Dynamics (SD) Approach, which provides many benefits in resolving inventive problems, such as analyzing variables over time, mathematical support through equations, and the graphical visualization of the system’s behavior. This framework presents the implementation of a synergy between TRIZ and the System Dynamics approach to resolve inventive conflicts through Contradiction Analysis, resulting in the solution of a physical and a technical contradiction. Incorporating the Systems Dynamics into the TRIZ approach results in an improved decision-making process while developing a new conceptual design for a product described in the case study.
