Digital Transformation in Higher Education: Implications of Artificial Intelligence from a Meta-Analytical Approach (TEMAC)
摘要
The purpose of the research es to generate an integrative model, through the Consolidated Meta- Analytics Approach Theory - TEMAC model using the Scopus database and VosViewer software; the research highlights that artificial intelligence (AI) offers opportunities and challenges for higher education, impacting assessment and personalizing learning. This technology drives a cultural and methodological change in institutions. To foster self-regulation skills, responsible learning and integrity, it es essential to innovate assessment, provide professional development for faculty and encourage innovative approaches to teaching. Institutions must review and adaptation their assessment policies to generative AI, developing interdisciplinary programs and more dynamic methodologies. Since 2021, interest in AI in higher education has increased significantly, with a peak in 2023. The areas of greatest interest are social sciences and computers science, led by countries such as Russia, China, Spain and India. The proposed integrative model emphasizes the interrelationship between the systems, the university and the people around the AI- based transformation of the teaching-learning process.
