This research examines cost cutting measures in logistics and supply chain in relation to entrepreneurialism with specific reference to the Bangalore district of Karnataka. Based on Pearson correlation and t-tests, ANOVA tests, as well as cost-benefit analyzes of possible strategies were assessed for profitability. The study showed potential gains in the area of cost with the identified approaches including transport route optimization and ERP system having the highest flexibility of gain. Moreover, the application of technology seems to be an essential element in real cost control. The results are informative and utility for the entrepreneurs, which provides the specific advice to improve the operations and revenues. This research adds to what has been published in the past concerning components and the need to have a sector-based approach.
