The Role of AI in Bridging the Skills Gap for Omani Women Entrepreneurs
摘要
This study identifies the contributions of artificial intelligence (AI) to Omani female entrepreneurs’ skill attainment requirements and deficits. The study focuses its attention on the basic underlying issues affecting female entrepreneurs in Oman, even with the support of equal treatment laws of Oman. A qualitative research strategy was used to examine women’s skill levels, qualifications, and ability to use AI tools for nontechnical purposes through various sectors of Oman. The study intends to explore barriers preventing such access to AI applications, including but not limited to the desire for work and family, the need for culturally oriented materials, and the demand for industry-oriented training. The study describes what AI-facilitated mentorship components are necessary for success, including regulations and provisions by the government, the private sector, and educational organizations concerning producing adequate education infrastructure aided by AI. Therefore, this research extends the knowledge of the contributions of AI to women entrepreneurs in Oman and how to increase their participation in the country’s economic development.
