Digital Intrapreneurship in Action: Insights from Real Cases and Interviews
摘要
The intrapreneur’s role in corporate innovation is analogous to that of the entrepreneur in new ventures; as a result, most organizations now require a much higher number of intrapreneurs than they did in more stable times in the past. The digital transformation has created many opportunities and disruptions, and a company’s capacity to cultivate intrapreneurial talent substantially impacts its ability to respond to these changes. Because of this, the ability to foster a culture conducive to the success of digital intrapreneurs within an organisation is now a crucial trait for leaders to possess. The researchers look at three real-world scenarios and explore the lessons entrepreneurs and their teams should learn. A qualitative research method, including an interview technique, is considered to get better insights into how organizations can adopt digitalization to enhance intrapreneurship in their respective organizations. Additionally, secondary data is also taken into account to analyze how organizations practice intrapreneurship. The findings will emphasize the practice of intrapreneurship, irrespective of the firm’s size, technology, or financial benefits. Organisations embracing digitalization more rigorously influence the intrapreneurship within the hearts and minds of employees positively. Moreover, organizations that cannot promote a culture of intrapreneurship are at the risk of being left behind—sooner rather than later.
