The Role of Digital Entrepreneurship in Shaping E-Banking Services and Customer Purchase Intentions: A Mediating Effect of Customer Satisfaction at Bank Muscat
摘要
This study aims to investigate the impact of customer satisfaction factors on the adoption and utilization of e-banking services within the digital entrepreneurship ecosystem. The research focuses on how customer satisfaction influences consumer purchase intentions and the broader use of e-banking services, with a particular emphasis on Bank Muscat. It examines critical aspects such as security, privacy, trust, and reliability, which are essential for fostering consumer confidence and enhancing service adoption. Given the limited exploration of this topic in the context of digital entrepreneurship in Oman, this paper provides valuable insights for stakeholders, including customers, bank executives, and policymakers. The findings are expected to support a more informed understanding of how digital financial services can be optimized to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sustainable entrepreneurial growth within the financial sector. By bridging the gap between theoretical research and practical application, this study aims to contribute to the development of a robust entrepreneurial ecosystem that facilitates the transfer of innovative solutions from research and development to market adoption.
