Eagle Syndrome is typically characterized by unilateral neck, facial, or pharyngeal pain aggravated by head movements. Due to the variety of its clinical presentation and nonspecific symptoms, Eagle Syndrome often results in a challenging diagnosis. This chapter will therefore describe characteristics of the most common differential diagnosis for Eagle Syndrome.
