With the continuous development of intelligent and collaborative work concepts, multi-user collaborative work environments have become a vital component of modern workplace scenarios. Against this backdrop, providing users with efficient and comfortable interaction experiences has emerged as a focal point in academic research and practical exploration. Collaborative work not only requires an emphasis on task efficiency but also demands a balanced consideration of user experience, cooperative relationships, and potential conflicts during interactions, thereby enhancing the fluidity and satisfaction of teamwork. This article conducts a simulated meeting experiment, utilizing observation and interview methods to explore the interaction processes and the dynamic changes in user relationships during collaboration. Grounded theory is applied to analyze the fundamental functional requirements in the collaborative process. Based on identified pain points, such as collaboration conflicts, optimization design strategies are proposed. Additionally, a relational framework of design elements for interactive desktop systems is constructed to enhance their multi-user collaboration capabilities. The framework consists of four modules: Collaborative Foundation, Basic Function, Collaborative Perception, and visual representation.
