AI enhances ERP efficiency by automating processes, optimizing workflows, and providing advanced data analytics for improved decision-making and predictive capabilities. Additionally, AI enables personalized user experiences, enhances supply chain management, facilitates natural language interactions, ensures continuous system adaptation, and bolsters security, collectively transforming ERP systems into more intelligent, adaptive, and valuable business tools. Systems for ERP are essential investments for businesses looking to combine key operations and accomplish strategic goals. To reduce resistance and increase adoption, this study looks into how incorporating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into ERP systems might improve knowledge management procedures, maximize BPR, and fit in with company culture from the perspective of business leaders. In terms of methodology, the study uses a qualitative technique, drawing on interviews with accomplished company executives to learn about their experiences with AI and ERP technology, as well as their leadership methods and decision-making processes. The knowledge of AI’s role in ERP success is enhanced by interviews with Mark Frissora, Tommy Shephard, Richard Linder, Lewis Campbell, and Senator Joe Manchin. These interviews offer varied viewpoints from a variety of sectors and leadership roles. This study offers thorough insights on utilizing AI to optimize ERP strategic advantages. The study contributes to the understanding of ERP implementations in the digital era by addressing theoretical frameworks, real-world applications, and leadership perspectives. It also provides actionable advice for improving organizational effectiveness and competitive advantage through AI-driven ERP systems.
