Already possessing an aesthetically pleasing body, she seeks a definitive mastopexy result with long-term stability and minimal scarring. Although numerous dermocutaneous flap techniques exist, late outcome evaluations and satisfaction data are scarce. This chapter presents a mastopexy approach that integrates multiple mastopexy methods with implants, drawing primarily on mastectomy principles; by aggressively resecting glandular tissue, it achieves a definitive correction of ptosis. Clinical follow-up demonstrates durable medium- and long-term maintenance of results, paired with high satisfaction. Secondary advantages include ease of reproducibility, faster preoperative marking and execution, reduced risk of excessive resection, greater flexibility to achieve breast symmetry, and a low risk of wound dehiscence by minimizing skin tension. Additionally, surgeons benefit from a shorter learning curve and consistent symmetry outcomes, facilitating broader adoption across surgical teams. Both objective assessments and standardized satisfaction scales confirm robust efficacy, with 98% of patients reporting satisfaction or high satisfaction in late evaluation, underscoring its reliability.
