This study addresses the low usage rate of smart wearable devices among older adults by redesigning smart varicose vein compression leggings based on the Paciello Group (TPG) inclusive design principles. Observations of their behavior, data collection via questionnaires, and interviews were conducted to understand their needs. Innovations include a boa rotation adjustment system for easy wear, magnetic charging, and a user-friendly interface with bright colors and intuitive health data display. The study provides a reference for age-friendly product design, improving health management and quality of life for older adults. Future improvements in material comfort are expected to further enhance these devices.

摘要
