As aging becomes an increasingly serious issue, the importance of age-friendly design is growing. The kitchen, as a crucial space in family life, plays a significant role in improving the quality of life for the elderly. This study begins with user behavior, employing workflow analysis and therbligs analysis to investigate the pain points of elderly users when performing tasks in the kitchen. By defining the cognitive factors involved in the use of smart kitchen products by the elderly, and using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the study ranks the influence and weight of these factors. Based on this, multiple design intervention directions are proposed and evaluated using TOPSIS. The final result is the design of a smart kitchen that meets the needs of the elderly.

摘要
