In this paper we try to reflect on the dynamisation of workshops on digital skills with seniors in Portugal. To better respond to their needs, and to avoid incorporating stereotyped and homogenising codes about this age group, we present a proposal that defines them as co-creators of the sessions, in which dialogue, real examples and critical reflection are key to better understanding how they see what they do with digital media.
