Research on AHP-QFD Based Age-Friendly Design of Online Shopping APP
摘要
Objective To optimize the online shopping experience of the elderly, improve the shopping efficiency of the elderly, and optimize the online shopping APP based on the needs of the elderly users. Starting from the needs of the elderly consumers, this paper adopts the qualitative and quantitative research methods. First of all, conduct field interviews and questionnaire surveys on target users to summarize the core needs; Secondly, AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) is used to build a user demand model based on the elderly group, and the weight ratio and priority ranking of each user demand level are calculated, and the correlation matrix between user demand and design demand is established by QFD theory and the relevant design features are obtained. Finally, according to the design characteristics of the online shopping APP interface optimization redesign practice. An online shopping APP catering to the shopping experience of the elderly group was designed by combining AHP-QFD theory. From the perspective of the elderly, this paper investigates and analyzes the needs of users when they use online shopping, and carries out practice to obtain the interface optimization scheme of online shopping APP based on the experience of the elderly, improve the user recognition degree of the elderly, and further provide new ideas for the online shopping platform for the elderly.
