This paper analyzes the trends in the research on human-computer interaction for assistive systems in mobility between 2019 and 2024 based on a literature review. The study includes 181 papers from Scopus, IEEE Xplore, ACM Digital Library and Web of Science databases. The results reveal a focus on the target groups of elderly people, visual impairments and wheelchair users. In addition, trends in assistive technologies and methods of user participation are revealed.
