摘要

The subcoronal approach for malleable and inflatable penile prosthesis (IPP) placement was invented recently (2012) compared to the penoscrotal (1980) and infrapubic techniques (1973). Subcoronal incision provides excellent corporal exposure for adjunctive correctional procedures like Peyronie’s disease and has excellent compatibility with local anesthesia.
