We have witnessed a number of traffic incidents recently. Because of people's carelessness when it comes to wearing helmets and riding triple rides, we are facing serious issues. By identifying helmet and triple-ride infractions and notifying violators in real time, this research offers a novel way to improve road safety. Triple-riding and helmet-free riders are recognized using deep learning and advanced picture processing techniques. By ensuring that traffic laws are followed, the system lowers the possibility of collisions and injuries. The suggested system is made up of a notification module, a user-friendly interface for traffic authorities, and a strong detection algorithm. After processing video input, the identification system correctly detects motorcyclists who are not wearing helmets and those who are triple-riding. When an offense is detected, the notification module immediately notifies the identified offenders via SMS or mobile app notifications, alerting them to the violation and advising them to abide by the law.
