Nowadays, in the world undergoing technological revolution, the emergence of Artificial Intelligence has presented companies with new opportunities to employ innovative strategies to enhance productivity. In order to improve Human Resources Development, application of Artificial Intelligence presents a vast array of its possible uses, but also raises certain concerns (Wilkens, 2020). There has been a need to establish the fears and opportunities that workers associate with the use of AI in order to consider its applications in a workplace (Su et. al, 2022). This study aims to determine the current state of AI in public consciousness as and its possible uses. An online survey was performed on 100 participants representing different levels of company hierarchy. Furthermore, a focus group was formed in order to perform tasks without the usage of AI and repeat similar tasks (after training) with appropriate AI tools. The survey on the public’s consciousness revealed that a considerable portion (68%) of work-age population is unaware of the possibilities offered by AI, and that a high percentage (79%) consider that their career will be affected by it. The focus group results reveal that after the initial training, most participants (82%) were comfortable employing AI in their daily tasks.
