Artificial intelligence could potentially have a major impact on government practice and the way citizens relate to state institutions. These impacts will affect the way public administration operates and the way civil servants carry out their duties. It is therefore foreseeable that, with artificial intelligence, work in public administration will be profoundly changed in terms of its content, but also in terms of the way public servants relate to citizens, elected representatives, and other entities. This research studies the impacts of artificial intelligence on public administration, using a systematic analysis of literature. Because the set of documents available is very limited, it was decided to compare the content of the articles identified with a more general sample of articles on artificial intelligence and Industry 4.0. The study shows that the subject is highly topical, with no articles on the subject more than five years old. On the other hand, the study shows that most of the articles focus on the impact of artificial research on the general framework of the work of public servants, rather than on its content and the specific ways in which this work is carried out. We, therefore, propose a research agenda for the study of the impacts of artificial intelligence on public administration work, focusing on the content of the work and its framework, without neglecting the more structural questions associated with issues such as rights, freedoms, and guarantees.

摘要
