The purpose of this chapter is to provide an in-depth analysis of AI technologies, including Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Natural Language Processing (NLP), and their practical applications. Through a detailed review of the literature, the study aims to conceptualize AI, explore its categories and methodologies, and provide insights into its role in shaping education systems. AI’s potential to enhance operational efficiencies, improve learning outcomes, and create a hybrid workforce is also examined. The paper concludes by offering recommendations for further research and policy considerations.
