The overuse of plastics in daily life results micro plastics (MPs) as global issue due to their toxic effect on human. Exposure to micro plastics has been associated with a number of respiratory disorders. Furthermore; the widespread presence of plastic pollution has an adverse effect on wildlife and animal life in addition to human health. Micro plastics cause a vicious cycle of environmental and human health degradation by getting into food supplies and contaminating water with different chemical substances. The ubiquitous plastic wrapping found in food stores contributes the micro plastics into human body. Research indicates that the production of plastic creates serious health dangers for those working in the industry and contributes to environmental contamination. Because they are more likely to contract crippling illnesses including mesothelioma, brain cancer, lymphoma, and leukemia, workers must strictly adhere to laws in order to protect public health. Plastic pollution endangers biodiversity in addition to human health by upsetting ecosystems and bringing in new pests and illnesses. Wildlife, in particular, suffers greatly when animals ingest waste plastics and get entangled in them or mistake them for food, which frequently has deadly results. Given these complex issues, reducing the manufacturing of plastic and supporting environmental conservation initiatives become essential tactics to reduce the harmful effects of micro plastics on human and environmental health. To solve this global catastrophe holistically and safeguard the health and well-being of current and future generations, immediate action is needed.
