How to Use a FEM Model as a Basis for Strategic-Level Risk Analysis
摘要
Risk analysis is a crucial aspect of ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. When an organization actively engages in process modeling and analysis, it gives a well-structured daily workflow. However, it is impossible to eliminate the potential impact of risks – risks cannot always be fully mitigated, and their realization can lead to negative consequences. Additionally, new risks (threats) emerge daily, which we have not encountered before. Therefore, it is essential to conduct risk analysis to minimize the negative impact of these threats. There are numerous methods and structures at the operational level to support risk management. This article will examine how the Fractal Enterprise Model could be used as a base for analyzing complex risk scenarios at the strategic level.
