The ultimate aim is to establish how the technologies enhance transparency, traceability, and efficiency in fighting challenges such as overfishing, marine pollution, and climate change. The target audiences are researchers, policymakers, business experts, and environmental groups. The method employed is a systematic literature review, case study examination, and critical analysis of technological applications in marine conservation. Results indicate that blockchain enhances data integrity and trust, and AI maximizes resource allocation and predictive analytics for ecosystem monitoring. The research identifies the potential of smart contracts, decentralized finance, and AI-based analytics to transform sustainability efforts. The implications indicate an international cooperation and regulatory structures to enhance these technologies’ advantages.
