There are competing definitions of critical thinking, typically too general and abstract, from careful thinking toward a goal to conceptualising, analysing, synthesising, evaluating and applying available data, observation, experience, reflection, reasoning, arguments and communication, to arrive at an informed judgement or conclusion, by means of rational, sceptical and unbiased consideration, setting aside all feelings and personal interests.
