In this conceptual research paper, organizational memory and learning organization strategies are integrated in enhancing organizational agility at Omani higher education institutions (HEIs). The aim is to establish a framework that leverages past knowledge and fosters continuous learning to support agility in a dynamically changing educational landscape. By drawing from relevant theories and analyzing their application to HEIs in Oman, this paper proposes a model for fostering agility in higher education through an effective combination of organizational memory, learning practices, and dynamic capabilities.
