Knowledge Sharing and Employee Intention in Higher Education
摘要
This study examines the impact of knowledge sharing on employee intention in higher education institutions. It highlights its vital role in fostering continuous exchange of ideas and best practices among faculty, thereby advancing knowledge and understanding. This research adopted a scoping review approach utilizing the Scopus database as a source of documents. The study highlights several aspects, such as publication trends by years, publication source, and context analysis. The reviews included papers published since 2006. The method section is derived from the PRISM-ScR checklist table. The Journal of Knowledge Management was the highest publisher, and the country with the highest publishing was the United States. In addition, further research is needed to understand the intricate connections between factors like organisational culture, leadership, motivation, trust, and technology and their influence on faculty knowledge-sharing behaviours.
