Design A pragmaticism philosophy underpins the research design of the study. A qualitative methods approach involving interviews with employees at the case organization was used for data collection. Thematic analysis is used to identify the frequency occurrence of words and phrases that reflect the technology-driven performance on employee behavior, relation, and productivity.
