This research paper identifies the role of Emotional Intelligence (EI) training in improving employee compliance with cybersecurity policies in organizational standers. This research paper focused on determining how emotional intelligence (EI) might promote cybersecurity adherence by fostering employee awareness, decision-making, and behavior, thus reducing human errors and strengthening information security. In this research quantitative approaches will be implemented and use survey data from organizations to assess AI and Business intelligence (BI) adoption and their Infosec impact. The data that is provided in this paper will be anatomized using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to uncover relationships between AI, BI, and Infosec. The results will provide insights and recommendations to enhance the security plus guide the policy development in the digital economy in the Sultanate of Oman. This work contributes to academic literature and practical applications by offering new perspectives on integrating emotional intelligence into cybersecurity strategies, with the aim of enhancing understanding of the roles of emerging technologies in information security.
