One of the crucial aspects of fostering sustainable development and environmental stewardship is the capacity building for green technology. Capacity building encompasses a range of activities aimed at improving the skills, knowledge, and institutional frameworks required for adopting and implementing green technologies, and is one of the key areas of this chapter. The chapter endeavours to present a holistic overview of capacity building as an enabling catalyst to reinforce the effective deployment of green technologies so that these green technologies can lend their impetus towards moving in tandem with worldwide momentum to combat climate change while upholding the human economy.
