Transporting plays a crucial role in global efforts to climate change mitigation climate, as it is a significant contributor to greenhouse gas emissions. As climate change increasingly impacts the Mediterranean as well, the region’s approach to transport policies becomes a crucial instrument in achieving sustainability and resilience. In order to connect the two main such as transport climate change, various policy frameworks have been developed. However, so far, no consistent framework addresses these two areas in an integrated approach. Therefore, this study explores the intersection of transport policies, urban development, and climate changer mitigations, through a methodology of bibliographic analyses. The study highlights the unimportance of understanding the Mediterranean’s complex transportation dynamics. Moreover, it will review the specific drivers and barriers influencing the formulation and execution of integrated transport policies in the Mediterranean. These factors, starting from economic considerations and technological advancements to the diverse political, social, and environments lie through the region. In conclusion, this review highlights the relevance of the importance of adopting an integrated approach to transport policies within the Mediterranean context, through a systematic literature review of articles.

摘要
