This chapter explores the integration of digital equity and inclusion principles into education leadership preparation programmes. It illuminates definitions of education technology leadership, social justice leadership, culturally sensitive/relevant/responsive/sustaining leadership, and where they meet for equity leadership in education technology. These are then discussed for how they can enhance leaders' abilities to promote equity and justice within educational settings. Through its focus on current literature for fostering inclusive digital leadership practices and frameworks for incorporating social justice principles into educational technology leadership, it emphasises practical strategies for preparing future leaders to address digital divides and ensure equitable access to learning resources. The chapter concludes by advocating for further research into effective pedagogical approaches that harness the potential of social justice computing in leadership training programmes.
