Modeling of Integration Business Processes for Aviation Enterprise in the Context of Sustainable Development

The paper examines the content and process of modeling of the integration business processes of an aviation enterprise in the context of sustainable development. It is determined that integration is the process of combining various elements, systems, or structures to create a single, coordinated mechanism that ensures increased efficiency. The author’s definition of the integration business processes of the aviation enterprise is presented as coordinated actions aimed at combining the functional units, operations, and resources into a single system to achieve strategic goals. The substantive characteristics of integration business processes in the environment of aviation enterprises are determined. It is proposed that modeling the integration business processes of aviation enterprises should be considered, such as creating mathematical, information, or conceptual models that reflect the interaction of various business processes to optimize their efficiency and coordination. It has been substantiated that the importance of integration business processes modeling for aviation enterprises is manifested in the following aspects: optimization of resources, improvement of coordination, forecasting and risk management, improvement of customer service, innovation, and adaptation to changes. A system of expedient methods for integration business processes modeling for aviation enterprises has been formed. An algorithm for modeling the integration business processes of aviation enterprise is presented, which allows to increase the efficiency of the aviation enterprise, optimizing all operations and minimizing risks and costs.
