At the current stage of development of science and technology, as well as in conditions of limited financial and natural resources, there are problems of effective use of equipment for its intended purpose. Efficiency is usually understood as ensuring a given level of reliability with minimal resource consumption. It is known that equipment is characterized by the presence of four stages of the life cycle. The longest and most important stage from the point of view of using the equipment functions for its intended purpose is operation. The high cost of the operation stage is due to the presence of maintenance and repair processes. These processes perform the functions of providing high-quality equipment usage and restoration. Maintenance and repair are based on the procedures of monitoring, technical condition control, data processing, diagnostics, decision-making, and implementation of preventive and control actions. This paper considers the problem of analyzing the efficiency of maintenance and repair processes, which are implemented using statistical data processing algorithms that are aimed at reducing average operating costs. The paper presents structural diagrams of the interconnection of processing operations and conducts a comparative analysis based on statistical simulation.

摘要
