The article is devoted to the study of the conditions under which the operation of two or more transceivers on one antenna is possible. At this radio lines acts on different frequencies and in-band full-duplex systems are not the subject of research. Conventional means of communication have been considered. After the introduction the theoretical foundations of the processes that occur in radio lines when working with a common antenna are presented. Also, calculation, design and modeling results of the band-pass filter are provided. During the open-area test, two modes of adjacent radio lines were investigated. The one of them involves reception and radiation modes in the adjacent radio lines, when working on a common antenna. Despite the relatively low selectivity of used Soft Designed Radio, the results of measuring the BER level indicate satisfactory operation of the radio lines at modulations BPSK, QPSK, 16QAM and 30 dB attenuation pass band filters. In the next test mode both radio lines radiate oscillations. At this mode the negative effect of interference is greater. Filters with 30 dB attenuation are not enough to obtain a satisfactory level of BER. It is necessary to use filters with attenuation at the level of 60 dB.
