Cryptographic Primitives: Security Definitions
摘要
Security definitions are significantly more complex than syntax definitions. In this chapter, we introduce security definitions step by step. We begin by explaining how these definitions have evolved into a general framework applicable to all cryptographic primitives. Next, we describe security models and highlight their central role in security definitions. We then discuss how security is defined for an algorithm. Finally, we gradually extend this discussion to defining security for cryptographic primitives.
