The objective of this chapter is to propose, including but not limited to, the application of a series of psychological instruments that may be useful in the identification of the psychosocial effects or impacts of trauma. The aim is to have efficient resources beyond traditional psychological tests that, due to their characteristics, will not adequately verify and document the effects of victimization, such as the social environment, family and community dynamics, and the social adaptation of the person evaluated. The findings derived from these instruments make it possible to establish elements on the impact of violence in the various spheres of the victim, as well as recommendations for the ongoing judicial process. With the above, it seeks to provide objective elements that facilitate decision-making in the legal field, considering both the individual perspective and the contextual factors that affect the experience of psychosocial trauma.

摘要
