African environmental problems, both natural and man-made, require a greater sense of ecological responsibility, given that these environmental problems mainly affect poor women and children, people with disabilities, and the elderly in rural communities. This book focuses on how New Testament Ethics and Moral Philosophy can jointly shape efforts to address African environmental issues. Each chapter contributing to this volume attempts to critically analyse how New Testament Ethics can address African ecological problems relating to climate change, droughts/floods, ozone layer depletion, food security, and disaster management.
