This chapter explores the applications and significance of ecohydrology in the context of sustainable agricultural water management. Ecohydrology, an interdisciplinary field bridging ecological and hydrological sciences, addresses pressing concerns related to water scarcity, environmental degradation, and ecosystem health in agriculture. By understanding the bidirectional relationship between ecosystems and hydrological processes, ecohydrology offers a holistic approach to optimizing water resources and preserving ecological integrity.
