To address the high barriers and complexity challenges in deep learning applications, this paper proposes an innovative solution, the GraphModo system. This system effectively reduces operational difficulty through its intuitive visual interface and simplified workflow. By integrating front-end technologies based on Vue with back-end technologies in Python and Java, GraphModo enables intuitive operations such as node dragging, connections, and form-based parameter configuration, significantly lowering the technical barriers to model construction. Moreover, the system includes a rich library of classic models, provides quality and performance monitoring during the training process, and supports chart visualization, enabling users to efficiently complete modeling tasks and track training progress in real-time. GraphModo also establishes a sharing platform that encourages users to share models and configurations, further promoting exchange and collaboration. After system testing, version iterations, and performance optimization, GraphModo has achieved significant enhancements both functionality and performance, and user feedback has validated its effectiveness.
